THOMMEN DC-20 DIGITAL QUARTZ CHRONOGRAPH



GENERAL

The THOMMEN Digital Quartz Chronograph displays all mayor functions such
as Local Time,Greenwich Mean Time (GMT),Elapsed Time and Countdown Timer.
Operation is by a single rotary/pushbutton switch. All functions can be
selected simply and logically with this one button.
The large illuminated Liquid Crystal Display is easy to read. A back-up
battery keeps the Real Time Clock running if the power is switched off.
This microprocessor controlled Chronograph has an extremely robust design.


CHARACTERISTICS

Digital Display and lighting :

The large LCD has four digits and indicates the current function by cursor.
The background lighting of the LCD is available for different voltages.


Operation:

Operation of the Chronograph is by means of a single rotary/pushbutton switch
and is therefore extremely easy.


Functions:

All major functions such as Local Time, Greenwich Mean Time, Elapsed Time and
countdown Alarm with discrete outputare available. (See Specifications)


Real Time Clock :

The Real Time Clock operates with a precision quartz crystal as time reference.
Thanks to the back-up battery, the RTC continues to operate even when the power
supply fails or when the power is turned off.A battery life of more than 4 years
means, that the operation of the Chronograph is virtually maintenance free.
